Perfect Three Summer Dishes with Weber Grill

On Saturday, August 17^th from 10AM to noon at the Schaumburg location (1010 North Meacham Road), Weber Grill’s Executive Chef Larry Donahue will give cooking class participants the opportunity to learn how to peel, sear and grill an entire summer meal. Chef Larry and three grilling experts will take guests through a Farmer’s Market tutorial to learn how to grill the season’s most popular produce and meat. Participants will put on a Weber Grill apron and learn how to prepare Roasted Summer Potatoes with Rosemary and Orange, Cedar Planked Scallops with Grilled Corn Salad and Strip Steaks topped with Heirloom Tomatoes and Blue Cheese Vinaigrette.

This is the perfect opportunity to either learn or sharpen your grilling skills. I’m glad Chef Larry will have three experts with him because it’s going to take a small army to teach me how to grill.
