Haute Event: Fashion Installation Preview Whiskey Blue at W Buckhead
Last week, art and fashion collided at the cocktail party at Whiskey Blue at the W Buckhead hotel featuring fashion installations by local artist Allie Hendee. Guests sipped sparkling rosé as they mingled among Hendee’s 12-foot-tall dress forms made of natural hide, jute and burlap, topped with elk antlers. The cocktail party was hosted by the artist Allie Hendee, Whiskey Blue at the W Buckhead and Morgan Cohen, owner of Morgan Kylee boutique. Just in case you needed another reason to visit the fabulous Morgan Kylee boutique, the fashion installations will be on display there beginning in September. Go check out the new fall must-haves, like pieces from Rodebjer and Serpui Mariem and see the natural fashion forms in person.
