Four Seasons Beverly Hills Launches Special Caviar Menu

If the term “happy hour” sounds incredibly gauche to you, then you need only head to the Four Seasons Beverly Hills to discover how haute a happy hour can be.

In addition to its designer cocktail menu, the elegant hotel now offers a “Cavi-hour” for caviar enthusiasts.

Edible items include warm potato blinis, salmon tartar and transmontanus caviar with Beluga vodka creme fraiche and lobster and caviar sushi rolls with Petrossian caviar papyrus.

The libations are just as innovative: sip a Cavi-tini of Beluga Noble Russian Vodka, caviar-stuffed olives and a caviar cube and go home happy.

The good news: this specialty is available from 5 P.M. until closing time.
