American Diner Ketchup Opens in Downtown Dubai

American-style diner Ketchup has opened in Downtown Dubai. The UAE version of the popular Hollywood restaurant is a modern, upscale 50s diner with a psychedelic twist courtesy of pop art décor.

A renowned celebrity hangout, the first Ketchup outlet was opened in the US in 2007 on Sunset Boulevard, West Hollywood; the chain has since expanded to Washington DC before going global with outlets in KSA and Turkey. The diner serves classic American cuisine featuring favorite childhood dishes recreated with a gourmet spin.

The diner boasts three styles of French fries: old bay shoestring, garlic parmesan and sweet potato in a dish that is appropriately called ‘the threesome’. Other signature dishes include the classic hamburger –The New Yorker, a USDA approved beef burger that is cooked daily from chilled, ensuring the freshest of tastes. Another favourite is the 14oz Prime Rib Eye Steak, served on the bone for maximum flavour. For those with a sweet tooth, Ketchup offers a selection of rich desserts, including the indulgent Key Lime Pie or New York Baked Cheesecake.

Ketchup is located at EMAAR Boulevard Plaza, Tower 2, Dubai and will be open daily 10am -midnight.
