The Ritz-Carlton Residences Downtown Debut Fendi Casa Penthouse

The interior of the Ritz-Carlton Residences’ penthouse is now just as breathtaking as its views.

The 2,396-square-foot luxury residence, located on the 50th floor of the Ritz downtown, has been decorated exclusively by Fendi Casa.

The new decorations include a sofa in champagne-colored leather, George Poltrona armchairs in cuoio leather, a Bernini dining table in walnut supported by two large central pillars and a Mirandus bookshelf in ice-grey, alligator high-gloss leather with 40” LCD TV integrated into a mirror.

The master bedroom hosts an Olimpo king-size bed in white leather as well as a Tait Poltrona Ascot armchair and two Canova bedside tables in black lacquer; there is also an office and additional bedroom in the apartment, which is priced at $3.575 million without furniture.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences are located at L.A. Live just steps away from the Staples Center.
