Saturday marked a haute occasion for the dance community as the Dizzy Feet Foundation (DFF) presented its third annual “Celebrate of Dance” Gala.

The fete, held at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion at The Music Center in LA, featured performances by talent from “So You Think You Can Dance”, “Dancing With the Stars”, the Step Up films, the LXD, Travis Wall’s Shaping Sound and Philadanco.

The evening honored entertainer Chita Rivera with the DFF Inspiration Award, Lionsgate President Erik Feig with the DFF Impact Award, and Dance Theatre of Harlem founder Arthur Mitchell with the Gene Kelly Legacy Award.

Dizzy Feet Foundation Founders and Co-Presidents Nigel Lythgoe and Adam Shankman hosted the gala, which was attended by Christina Applegate, Minnie Driver, Jenna Elfman, Darren Criss, Anna Kendrick, Jenna Ushkowtiz, Cat Deeley, Paula Abdul and Gene Kelly‘s widow, Patricia Ward Kelly.

Special guests included Jane Lynch, Tabitha and Napoleon Dumo, Stephen “tWitch” Boss, Stacey Tookey, Sharna Burgess and Lindsay Arnold.

A VIP cocktail reception was followed by performances from Mark Ballas and Peta Murgatroyd as well as Ryan Guzman of Step Up Revolution.
