Haute 100 LA Update: Rick Caruso Takes Over Paseo Nuevo
Is Rick Caruso taking over the world? It seems that way.
The LA-based developer is not only working on Las Vegas’ The Linq, but it’s now been confirmed that he’s taken over management of downtown Santa Barbara’s Paseo Nuevo shopping mall.
The property is technically still owned by J.P. Morgan Chase, though Caruso took over the day-to-day leasing and property management about a month ago.
