Penelope Cruz Poses for New Loewe Campaign
Penelope Cruz stuns as Loewe’s gorgeous new face for their Autumn/Winter 2013 campaign. The 39-year-old Spanish actress and model dons her brunette bangs and bob, along with the luxury label’s tapered red dress, sleek orange gloves and chic studded handbags against the inimical Madrid skyline.
Shot by renowned photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, the picture perfect photo shoot showcased Cruz’s sultry and glamourous poses on the Casino de Madrid rooftop. Cruz’s involvement with the brand and its ready to wear collection doesn’t end there. Along with her sister Monica, she collaborated with the couture company to launch their very own stylish handbag line on November 1. The sisters plan to bring their Spanish flair and flavor to the collection.
‘We wanted to do something special but also practical, and we wanted the design to have an unmistakable Spanish element. We usually like the same things. When we do the design meetings separately, we tend to choose the same materials and colours,’ Cruz told Women’s Wear Daily.
