The annual Midsummer Fashion Show is the marquee event for Luxury Management and it’s only a month away (August 16th). The event will be a fundraiser for the Center for Gender, Sexuality & HIV Prevention at the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Memorial Hospital. They have set a $10,000+ fundraising goal for the show and it will go to the continuation and expansion for programming at the Center. It will start at 7PM with a private cocktail reception by Remy USA & the Waldorf Astoria Chicago (two separate receptions, check ticket info). Following the receptions, the five-segment fashion show will begin at 8PM and it will feature some of the hottest trends from the 900 North Michigan Shops.
If you haven’t been to a Lux Management event, you’re in for a treat because they know how to throw a party. Plus, you can’t go wrong with anything held at the luxurious Waldorf Astoria (11 East Walton Street) and the 900 North Michigan Shops is the anchor, heart and soul of the Magnificent Mile. Three separate entities that are great in their own right coming together for a great cause, I will definitely be there and I hope you all will join me. Tickets for Midsummer 2013 start at $100 and can be purchased here. To learn more about Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Memorial Hospital visit www.luriechildrensresearch.org and for The Center for Gender, Sexuality & HIV Prevention visit www.luriechildrensresearch.org/gender.
