LVMH’s Berluti Opens Today In Design District
The exclusive men’s luxury leather goods line, Berluti will open today in Miami’s Design District on 161 N.E. 40th Street. The company, which recently branched out into men’s ready-to-wear in 2013, debuted its flagship in London in June and has been opening boutiques around the world including Paris, New York, Shanghai and Tokyo. The 1,840-square-foot boutique is a major coup for Miami and the Design District as it is the first place in America where Berluti will be available.
The company is headed by LVMH CEO Bernard Arnault’s son Antoine Arnault and based in Paris on the rue Marbeuf. It was founded in 1895 by Italian Alessandro Berluti. LVMH group acquired Berluti in 1993.
