Hash House A Go Go Turns One
Hash House A Go Go (1212 N. State Pkwy) will celebrate its first anniversary on Wednesday, July 24. To celebrate, the all-day dining spot has created a special $1 menu highlighting “Beers, Biscuits & Sweet Bites.” Hash House A Go Go will offer this exclusive dollar menu all day, every day between July 15-28. Typical of the playful, over-the-top eatery, this special menu will features PBR beer cans, Hash House’s housemade, flaky biscuits, and a mini version of the restaurant’s dessert with bread pudding, strawberry cheesecake compote, whipped cream, and a chocolate chip waffle. I have to say the most impressive thing I have seen from Hash House A Go Go is a dish I haven’t even tried yet but I’m told is the best of its kind, their Sage Fried Chicken and Waffles. It is at the very top of my priority list and if you happen to taste it before I get the chance, please let me know how your opinion.
