Full Moon Yoga at Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai

The full moon has a powerful effect on our mood and energy levels. In yoga mythology, the moon represents the solar and lunar energies in the human body. Full Moon Yoga at Madinat Jumeirah is a way to benefit from the moon’s powerful influences. On 22 July, attendees can practice their Yoga on the beach of Al Qasr between Pierchic and Burj Al Arab under the auspices of the full moon.

Guests arrive at Talise Spa and are transported by buggy to Madinat Jumeirah’s sandy beach where they register for the session. Shibashis Chakraborty, a Talise Spa Wellness Consultant instructs the class under the light of the full moon. The serene setting makes the session even more effective and is coupled by the gentle sound of the nearby waves.
