Cara Delevingne Films DKNY Ad in Times Square
Cara Delevingne, the face of DKNY since 2012, stars in the Fall 2013 ad campaign in Manhattan’s very own Times Square. In the colorful and pop art-inspired upbeat one-minute video, the model stands on top of a taxi cab hand-painted by New York artist, Curtis Kulig. Cara Delevingne stands victorious and poses, showcasing the luxury brand’s new pieces, such as a printed coat and dress, booties and a beanie. Scenes flash back to her sitting on bright red steps, opening up her gray jacket and holding a red leather purse. Next, she struts to a pretzel stand and fiercely toys with the baked good. Black and white footage of male model, Ollie Edwards, interrupt the previous prismatic shots, as he skateboards and walks around the city. When the two meet, their lives blend into a color version once again and they show off DKNY’s latest apparel.
