Brentwood’s BW Apartments to Open This September
The bw apartment complex will finally open its doors in Brentwood this September.
The 78-unit building, courtesy of realtor California Landmark, sits on the northeast corner of Wilshire and Barrington.
One bedroom units start at $2,925, while two-bedrooms begin at $3,849.
Amenities include a rooftop lounge with a jacuzzi, an outdoor kitchen rooftop and fitness and business centers.
The developers are certainly hyping up the personalization of the building, given its wide range of concierge services. Those include dry cleaning, dinner reservations, personal shopping, grocery delivery, car reservations, auto detailing, travel arrangements, maid service and even dog walking.
Chef Hans Röckenwagner‘s 3 Square Cafe will operate out of the ground floor.
