This Ramadan the Ritz Carlton DIFC is set to host a Ramadan Garden whereby guests can relish in a luxurious Iftar and Suhour surrounded by charming contemporary Arabian décor.

Sunken Garden at Ritz-Carlton, DIFC

Guests preferring to dine outside can choose between the terrace or The Sunken Garden, surrounded by a serene landscape of palm trees and a dramatic water fountain. A lavish buffet will be served for Iftar, offering traditional Arabic cuisine as well as a range of dishes with a Mediterranean influence. A key attraction is the live fatteh station, where Arabic chefs will demonstrate how to make the popular Levantine dish of toasted pita, chickpeas and tahini-yogurt sauce, with a variety of fillings to suit guests’ tastes.  An à la carte Sohour will be served daily from 9pm, with Arabic cuisine and a dessert buffet including a vast selection of dates and Arabic sweets.

Traditional Arabic drinks such as Jallab (pine nuts on crushed ice), and Sahlab (hot beverage with labneh, nuts and raisins), will be available alongside a selection of Arabic coffee, Turkish coffee and Moroccan tea.  Guests can also enjoy over 30 sumptuous flavors of shisha, accompanied by traditional live entertainment, providing a lively yet relaxed ambience, late into the night. We’re ready to indulge!
