Stonehill Tavern Presents an Evening of Whiskey & Wagyu with Michael Mina

If a private evening with Michelin-starred chef Michael Mina is a secret fantasy, you’re in luck.

The recent James Beard Foundation inductee will host a private dining event at the Stonehill Tavern, his eatery inside the St. Regis Monarch Beach in Dana Point.

Mina, alongside Stonehill Tavern’s Executive Chef Raj Dixit, will prepare an impressive, multi-course menu featuring Japanese Wagyu Beef paired with Japanese Whiskey from Suntory after an exclusive cocktail party on June 30.

Event tickets are $250 per person, but pick them up fast: there are only 24 seats available to keep the evening exceptionally intimate.
