Haute Secrets: Former French Laundry Chef Timothy Hollingsworth
Chef Timothy Hollingsworth has landed in LA after 12 years at Thomas Keller‘s The French Laundry as a consulting chef for the South Bay’s Michael Zislis, who owns The Strand House, Circa, Shade Hotel, and Rock & Brews. But The Bocuse d’Or finalist will also be working on a side project this July as a featured chef at Capella Pedregal’s Food and Wine Festival in Cabo san Lucas, Mexico. He will work alongside Chef Kent Rathbun of Dallas’ five star Abacus restaurant; Chef Dean Fearing of Dallas’ renowned Fearing’s restaurant and Chef Philippe Schmit of Houston’s Philippe Restaurant. But back to LA. The City of Angels’ latest addition discusses where he loves to hang out, what he loves about his new home and where, of course, he likes to eat.
