Haute Event: Steve Angello Cooks with Joseph Elevado at Andrea’s

How does EDM superstar Steve Angello unwind after spinning a three-hour long set to an elated capacity crowd at Encore Beach Club in the midst of EDC Week mania? He gets in the kitchen at Andrea’s at Encore Las Vegas.

The Wynn Las Vegas resident DJ of Swedish House Mafia fame is the “musical chef” at Andrea’s, where he curates sounds for early dining, mid-evening and late-evening at the hip and modern vibe dining spot. After his Encore Beach Club set on Saturday, Angello freshened up and joined Andrea’s executive chef Joseph Elevado in the kitchen to learn how to make Hamachi Sudachi, Big Eye Crispy Tuna and Steamed Sea Bass among other inspired Asian dishes.

After taking photos of his culinary creations for Instagram, Angello enjoyed eating the delicious dishes commenting how much he enjoyed the process and how he looks forward to getting back into Andrea’s kitchen soon to learn more from chef Elevado.
