Haute Event: Emeril Lagasse and Sammy Hagar Throw a Tiki Party at the Venetian
The Red Rocker Sammy Hagar and celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse took over the pool at the Venetian on Saturday night and threw the Tiki bash to end all Tiki bashes.
More than 1,200 fans dined on Lagasse’s grilled delicacies including slow-roasted Hawaiian pork on sweet Hawaiian rolls, barbecued baby back ribs and New Orleans creole while sipping on Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum. Sammy Hagar and The Wabos then rocked an hour-and-a-half performance for guests that included fan favorites “I Can’t Drive 55,” “Right Now” and some new hits.
Later that night, the best friends were spotted were spotted partying together at Tao Nightclub at the Venetian. Accompanied by a few friends, the group overlooked the club scene from an elevated VIP table and took photos with fans.
