Dori’s World: Dinner at Willow Road and a Rooftop Trunk Show

Last week was so much fun! One night friends of mine had dinner at Willow Road, where Nicholas Rytting is the manager. Willow is a super chic gastrobar, from partners Will Malnati and Doug Jacob and Chef Todd MacDonald. So many people were there, such as Jason Pomeranc, Elana Posner, Debbie Peltz, Patti Kim, Scot Lerner, Harry Lefrak, and Charlie Walk. We all enjoyed such a great meal, with my favorite lamb sliders and fried chicken. I loved the fact that Mariah Carey was at the table across from us. Monday night I’m trying Lafayette. I love when I start getting back into new spots again. I need some new favorites.

Adriana Keiser hosted a trunk show on her roof at her penthouse in TriBeCa for three of her brands: Adriana Bittencourt jewels, NOUR by Adriana Bittencourt (kaftans and accessories de plage), and Beach Bum (luxury beach wear). Adriana is a very cool rock and roll girl. Karl Lagerfeld began to use the rings because of her! I wear a ton of her bathing suits too. Adriana is from San Paulo and we met years ago in one my favorite places, St. Tropez. We also spent Christmas together in Cabo this year. Some of the people that came out for the event were Mary Gehlhar, Dounya Discala, Joselyn Yap, Virginie Promeyrat, Surily Goel, Hanley Vazquez, Katie Lee Joel, Michelle Safra and Gigi Grimstad.
