Renowned restaurateur Wolfgang Puck will be opening his kitchen at Hotel Bel-Air to chefs David Chang and Roy Choi on June 18. The duo, alongside Puck, will prepare a five-course dinner with a wine-pairing supplement.

According to Grubstreet, Chang and Choi’s five-course menu will roughly cost $200 per person though the set price has not been finalized.  Though only a few details have been released about what the menu will offer, restaurant PR has said that an announcement will be made shortly on the hotel’s Twitter account (@HotelBelAir) with more information about how you can attend, and what will be offered. The supplemental wine-pairing is priced at $80. LA Eater reports that the menu will be “Asian-inspired (Korean?), with ingredients selected from a local farmers market.”

David Chang is the owner and chef at Momofuku, and he was recently nominated for a James Beard award.  Roy Choi is a chef, entrepreneur and author who brought the popular food truck Kogi BBQ to the streets of Los Angeles.
