Retired Lakers basketball player Mitch Richmond has listed his Calabasas mansion for $9.495 million. The 12,953-square-foot, six-bedroom estate is located on a flat ridge at the top of the exclusive and gated Estates of the Oaks.

Richmond and his wife, Juliannah, reportedly purchased the land where the home sits in April 2004 for $1.7 million and then completed the residence in 2006 for an undisclosed amount.

The single-story, multi-winged home includes six bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, two half baths, a covered patio with a fireplace and entertainment center, a barbecue center, basketball court, pool with a waterfall, water slide and swim-in grotto, an indoor sports bar, theater room, game room, wine cellar, tasting room, formal living room, beauty salon, meditation room, gym, sauna and more. There are five fireplaces inside the home, an extremely large master suite and a double height foyer that stretches through to the rear of the home.

Due to its location at the top of Estates of the Oaks, the home also has unobstructed canyon and mountain views.
