IDG’s Gourmet Chinese Restaurant Chi Lin Now Open in West Hollywood

Innovative Dining Group’s Chi Lin restaurant has opened on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood. Offering a combination of the spirit of ancient China and modern-day Los Angeles, Chi Lin serves sophisticated, Hong Kong cuisine in an intimate setting.

Chi Lin restaurant has opened for a short preview period and will soon open the bar area daily at 5 p.m. Designed by Studio Collective with inspiration from old and new Hong Kong, Chi Lin features a “dark and sexy” vibe and features red walls and paper lanterns.

Cecile Tang, owner of gourmet Chinese restaurant Joss Cuisine, was brought in to consult on the menu, which includes items like Cantonese-style Maine lobster, house made noodles, pin pei chicken carved tableside, Japanese Wagyu with XO sauce, and more. Hand crafted Asian cocktails are also available.

The restaurant is adjacent to IDG’s RivaBella, and actually shares the kitchen and bathrooms with its sister restaurant. IDG has restaurants all over Los Angeles, including Sushi Roku, Katana, BOA Steakhouse, Delphine Eatery & Bar, and RivaBella.

Chi Lin is located at 9201 Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood. Following the preview period, it will be open for dinner Monday & Sunday 5:30 – 10:30p.m.; Tuesday & Wednesday 5:30 – 11 p.m.; and Thursday, Friday, Saturday 5:30 – midnight. Happy hour is Monday-Friday from 5-7 p.m.
