Haute Scene: Developer Round Table And Event at Echo In Avenura
Last Thursday, Property Markets Group’s Echo Aventura project hosted a round table event and party with some of the most prominent developers in today’s market. The panelists discussed topics ranging from what South Florida developers have planned for the future, project branding and what to do when there are no more sites. Panelists included Kevin Maloney, founder and principal of Property Markets Group, Gil Dezer, president of Dezer Development, Carlos Rosso, president of condominium development for the Related Group, developer Avra Jain, and Eric Trump, executive vice president of development and acquisition at the Trump Organization. The discussions were followed by a party for the launch of the sales center which includes full-scale models and endless material slabs to customize units.
