CHANEL’s 2013/2014 Cruise Collection
Karl Lagerfeld showed his 2013/2014 Cruise Collection at Loewen Cluster on Dempsey Hill in Singapore. Taking place at sunset in an abandoned building reconstructed for the occasion, Lagerfeld presented a bold yet graceful palette of powder shades including black, navy blue and beige. The collection revisited Coco Chanel’s 1913 style through contemporary shapes and silhouettes.
At once elegant and feminine, the collection showcased pencil skirts, wide-leg trousers, diaphanous dresses, short or slender jackets and pleated blouses as well as crepe de chine, cotton, linen and lacquered straw through light and refined fabrics.
Guests included the CHANEL ambassadors Zhou Xun, Anna Mouglalis and Astrid Bergès-Frisbey, actresses Dakota Fanning, Rinko Kikuchi, Fann Wong, Lun Mei Guey, Zoe Tay and Ryeo-Wong Jung.
CHANEL is located in Mall of the Emirates and The Dubai Mall.
