Chefs Ludo Lefebvre, Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo’s new restaurant, Trois Mec, will open on Thursday on Melrose Avenue and dinner tickets can be purchased upfront tomorrow on their website.

Trois Mec is the new Hancock Park restaurant from Ludo Lefebvre (The Taste, LudoBites), Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo (Animal, Son of a Gun). Located in the former Raffalo’s location, Trois Mec (French for “three guys”) will be offering tickets for dinner, which will include the cost of “$75 five-course meal, an 18% service charge and tax, for a total of $97.13,” according to The Los Angeles Times. If you order beer or wine, the price of your drinks will be added to your tab directly at the restaurant. The LA Times also reports that “there are no refunds or exchanges, but diners can sell their tickets and then transfer them on the Trois Mec site.”

By registering on the Trois Mec website, customers can purchase tickets for dinner and tickets for the next two weeks will be on sale as of 8 a.m. PST on Wednesday for parties of up to six. Following these openings, tickets will be made available every two weeks on Fridays at 8 a.m.

Lefebvre has said that the menu will “be a set selection based on France’s ‘bistronomie’ movement and priced around $70.” Lefebvre told the Los Angeles Times that Trois Mec will be different from other ‘bistronomics’ in the area because he plans to bring a “little taste of fine-dining back into the game…to find that spot between Animal and Providence.”
