There is a new secret sushi bar that has opened for VIPs in Beverly Hills. Located at the new sugarFISH restaurant on N. Canon Drive, Nozawa Bar is a reservation-only sushi bar that can accommodate 10 guests.

According to LA Eater, Nozawa Bar serves a “daily changing 20-course meal of rare and exotic sea animals.” Overseen by Osamu Fujita, Nozawa Bar offers lunch ($130 per person) and dinner ($150 per person) menus (excluding alcohol). The new section of the restaurant offers two seatings at lunch and two seatings at dinner; noon and 1:45 p.m. for lunch; and 6 and 8 p.m. for dinner. Diners can reserve a seat up to 90 days in advance and they are encouraged to show up on time, as the food will be served to all diners at the same time.

Though menu details have not been revealed, Nozawa Bar is reportedly for “hard core sushi eaters and those looking to find exciting and challenging dishes.”

According to sugarFISH’s website, there are several locations of the sushi restaurant in Los Angeles and each location serves only traditional sushi of the highest quality based on Chef Nozawa’s style of sushi.

sugarFISH Beverly Hills is located at 212 North Canon Drive.
