Photos: Kenny Chesney Helps The Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel Celebrate Four Years

The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel commemorated four years as one of the nation’s premier concert and entertainment venues with music superstar Kenny Chesney on Friday and Saturday nights. In April 2009, The Joint opened with much fanfare and four sold out shows including Chesney, Paul McCartney, Bon Jovi and The Killers. Chesney rocked out for more than three hours during the grand opening festivities.

Friday and Saturday marked his sixth and seventh performances, respectively, at the venue. The country rocker took time before his sold out show on Friday to celebrate The Joint’s anniversary with AEG Live Las Vegas’ vice president John Nelson and vice president of booking Bobby Reynolds and Hard Rock Hotel COO Jody Lake, vice president of entertainment Paul Davis, executive director of entertainment operations Chas Smith and box office manager Lori Guzzard. Caked Las Vegas created an over-the-top, four-tiered, music-themed masterpiece in honor of the venue’s anniversary.
