Trolio 1

Welcome to the world of Paolo Troilo; a world where black and white canvas has life-like energy and magnetism that transfers to everything he touches. Literally. The Italian artist paints solely with his fingers, and manages to convey depth and emotion with every intricate touch.

On March 13, the groundbreaking Italian artist debuted his first US exhibit at Coup d’Etat, one of the most impressive designer spaces in San Francisco.  His collection of Black and White semi-abstract figure paintings were the highlight of the exhibition.

The event brought together a unique mix of artists, aficionados and many accomplished names in the industry, including as Stephen Brady, Jack Calhoun, Gary Friedman and Joy Bianchi, to name a few.

Troilo’s work will remain as a backdrop at the Coup d’Etat through May.
