Join Hilary Newsom and Geoff Callan at the Annual PlumpJack/LINK Golf Classic on Monday, April 29, 2013.
The Annual PlumpJack/LINK (Learning, Information, Networking and Knowledge) Golf Classic takes place every year in springtime at Lake Merced Golf and Country Club and supports the Cancer Prevention Institute of California (CPIC).
The Classic, a very personal event for Newsom and Callan, honors the memory of Newsom’s mother, Tessa Newsom, while celebrating Callan’s mom, Barbara Callan, a 26 year breast cancer survivor.
The event includes a full day of activities including breakfast, chipping & putting contest, 18-hole shotgun golf game, lunch, on-course activities throughout the day, cocktail reception, silent auction, dinner, DJ, live auction, live music, and – in true Newsom style – some great wine and food.
