Juggling motherhood and the workforce is no easy task — just ask Ivanka Trump. The 31-year-old daughter of Donald Trump, recently told Redbook that she feels guilty every time she leaves her nearly 2-year-old daughter, Arabella Rose, at home and heads to work five days a week.

“Oh, every morning I’m so sad to leave Arabella,” Trump revealed. “But it’s important for me to continue what I’m doing. It’s fulfilling to me, and I think it makes me a better mom when I’m home.”

Like her father, Trump has displayed her prowess for business through her successful ladies footwear and accessories lines and her role as a judge on her “The Apprentice.” She also released a perfume aimed towards the “professional, hardworking, yet feminine woman” last December.

Despite her busy work schedule, Trump believes that being a mother is the most challenging job of all. “I hate the expression ‘working mom,’ because when I’m with Arabella on the weekends, I’m much more exhausted on Monday morning than I am on Friday night!” she admitted. “I think the expression ‘working’ versus ‘non-working’ implies that a mother who stays home doesn’t work. It’s far more difficult than anything I do in the office.”
