Haute 100 LA Update: Leonardo DiCaprio & Christie’s Host 11th Hour Auction in Support of Environmental Initiatives
In conjunction with Christie’s auction house, the 38-year-old actor will present the 11th Hour Charity Auction which features donated works from more than 30 of the most important living artists today. It will benefit The Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation and his personal environmental causes.
Organizers are hoping to earn $25 million at the May 13 event, which features the works of Kai Althoff, Banksy, Peter Beard, Carol Bove, Joe Bradley, Cecily Brown, Dan Colen, George Condo and John Currin.
