Haute 100 LA Update: Ben Affleck Sends Message to Bostonians in Wake of Marathon Bombings
Cambridge-raised star Ben Affleck had a message for his fellow Bostonians in the wake of Monday’s double bombing during the Boston Marathon: love.
The 40-year-old Argo director posted on a message on his Facebook page, writing: “Such a senseless and tragic day. My family and I send our love to our beloved and resilient Boston.”
Affleck has shown his love for his hometown by using the city as the setting for his critically acclaimed films The Town, Gone Baby Gone and Good Will Hunting.
