Cooking Class With Daniel Boulud At VERITAGE Miami

When friends, food and wine come together for a greater purpose, then it is safe to assume that VERITAGE Miami is happening. Formerly known as the United Way Miami Wine & Food Festival, all proceeds from this four-day event go towards United Way’s efforts in education, financial stability and health.

VERITAGE Miami’s opening event took place at the hip and trendy Wynwood Walls with a craft beer tasting presented by CBIZ, along with bites from some of Miami’s top restaurants and vibrant murals as the backdrop for the evening.

Perhaps the most exciting part of these festivities is the presence of Michelin-star Chef Daniel Boulud, who will be the featured chef at the interactive dinner taking place Friday, April 19^th at the JW Marriott Miami. The famous chef and owner of Miami’s hotspot, db Bistro Moderne, will share his culinary knowledge to guide more than 600 guests in the preparation of a delicious three-course meal.

On Saturday, April 20 another Michelin-star chef directly from Italy Davide Brovelli of IL Sole di Ranco will close VERITAGE Miami with an Italian-themed dinner paired with award-winning wines. This event will also feature a live auction and it is scheduled to take place at the Orion Jet Center in Opa-locka.
