Two of LA’s Hautest Restaurants Opening Outposts in Newport Beach
A taste of Los Angeles is coming to Orange County — literally.
A few of LA’s hautest restaurants are setting up shop in Newport Beach this fall.
Celebrity chef Rick Bayless is bringing his modern Mexican restaurant Red O to Fashion Island in October.
Also debuting in October is elegant Italian eatery Fig & Olive, which is a West Hollywood staple for the celebrity elite for its classic flavors and Mediterranean-inspired dishes.
San Francisco is also getting in on the action by bringing its award-winning Lark Creek to Newport Beach. The establishment, famous for its farm-fresh, seasonally influenced menu, will feature wood-fired steaks, fish, artisanal cocktails, mock-tails and pastas.
