Haute 100 Miami Update: Forbes Names Micky Arison Richest Man In South Florida

Forbes has just named Miami Heat Team Owner, Micky Arison, as South Florida’s richest individual. Arison was ranked in the 211^th slot on the richest list with $5.7 billion. His sister, Shari Arison, was not too far behind in the 308^th slot with $4.2 billion.

Other South Floridians on Forbes richest list included Haute 100-lister and owner of the Miami Dolphins, Stephen Ross, with $4.4 billion in the 286^th slot; and he also happened to tie with Gustavo Cisneros and his family who owns Miami-based Venevision. Another one of our very own was Phillip Frost, Miami medical entrepreneur, who came in at No. 554 with $2.6 billion.
