Bon Jovi’s SoHo Penthouse Hits Market for $42 Million
Bon Jovi is selling his SoHo pad for a cool $42 million — almost twice as much as the rocker paid for it in 2007, reports Real Estalker. Located at 158 Mercer Street, the 7,500-square-foot penthouse features five bedrooms and five-and-a-half baths, plus 11-foot ceilings and three terraces. The duplex also receives plenty of natural sunlight light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows that offer wide panoramic views of the city.
The “Livin’ on a Prayer” singer purchased the unit six years ago for $24 million. “This one-of-a-kind apartment is for the discerning buyer who can appreciate fine craftsmanship and all of the modern conveniences,” the Corcoran listing explains.
