Acadia To Add Sunday Brunch To Lineup

Fresh off its first Michelin star, one of Chicago’s best new(ish) restaurants, Acadia (1639 South Wabash) has added something new to their already impressive offerings. Starting on April 28th, Acadia will be adding Sunday Brunch to their lineup at the price of $35 per person. It will be available every Sunday between 11am – 3pm, and the menu is composed of three courses, plus a la carte. The opening menu will include the following:

Cured Salmon, Corn Blini, Curried Egg Salad, Crème Fraiche, Caviar

Deer Isle Scallop, Seasonal Hash, Quail Egg, Truffle

OR

Morel Mushroom Tart, Pickled Ramps, Garlic Scapes, Pea Tendrils

OR

Crepes, Gruyere Cheese, Scrambled Egg, Potato, Benton’s Ham

Lobster Eggs Benedict, Truffle Hollandaise, Proscuitto, Country Potatoes

Acadia Burger-Gruyere Cheese, Crave Brothers Farmstead Cheese Mornay, Bacon Onion Jam, Butter Pickles

Buckwheat Pancakes, Maine Blueberries, Wisconsin Maple Syrup

Duck Ham in Hay, Fried Eggs, Spring Vegetables
