Zagat’s Annual 30 Under 30 Awards has Been Announced

Just the other night Zagat’s annual 30 Under 30 Awards were given out amongst the L.A. food community as they joined together at the Emerson Theater in Hollywood. The site celebrated very young chefs, sommeliers, managers, small business owners and chocolatiers who are really taking off at such a young age.

According to one of Zagat’s L.A. Editors, Lesley Bella, L.A. is a “pioneer town” where many young chefs come from around the country to basically make their culinary dreams come true, as she hosted a Google hangout for the event.

The culinary business is not an easy gig at all, but many of these young people are already paving the way.
