Tommy Hilfiger Wants to Style Lady Gaga
Although it may seem like an unlikely pairing, fashion powerhouse Tommy Hilfiger said that he would jump at the chance to style pop sensation Lady Gaga.
“I’d like to see Lady Gaga in my clothes, I’d like to prep her up sometime,” the 61-year-old designer recently told BANG Showbiz. And it seems like Hilfiger isn’t the only one. “I can definitely see her in some topsiders,” added his wife, Dee Ocleppo.
Though Hilfiger’s colorful and preppy designs are far cry from Gaga’s typical edgy style, the designer revealed that he likes to likes to keep his clothes new, fresh and different. “Anything that is colorful and bright but with a new shape and fabric, not preppy as you might have imagined it in the past,” he explained. “I like to keep it new and fresh.”
