SBE Bringing LA Staples Umami Burger, The Bazaar and The Griddle to the Vegas Strip

SBE has finally revealed that ground has been broken on the construction of the long awaited SLS Hotel in Vegas site. Many can expect the hospitality project to take place this fall along with Jose Andres’ tapas restaurant The Bazaar which will be a part of the property. Katsuya and Umami Burger will also be open as neighbors to two nightclubs, The Sayer’s Club and Shelter.

But that’s not all, the new Vegas hotspot will be adding one of Hollywood’s busiest breakfast spots The Griddle at The SLS Hotel and word around town is its sure to give Caesar’s Palace’s Bacchanal Buffet a run for their money with just one pancake.

L.A. has always made its presence known in Las Vegas, but with the new additions to the Vegas Strip the town’s desert has truly out done itself and the future of Vegas looks very promising with the help of a little bit of L.A. flair.
