Moët Hennessy Cocktails to get you ready for South Beach Wine & Food Festival
Hennessy’s national bartender, Jordan Bushell has developed special for this evening’s The Q After Dark, kicking off the South Beach Food and WIne Festival. The party will bring together music, celebrities, cocktails and champagne for a climatic conclusion of a spectacular night on the beach. Here are some cocktails that will be featured at the event, and if you can’t make it, be sure to mix them up at home.
Hennessy: The Sports Legend
1.5 oz Hennessy V.S
Equal parts Pineapple and Cranberry Juice
garnish lemon wedge
Method :Put Ingredients in a rocks glass over ice ,combine, and garnish a lemon wedge
Belvedere : The Q
2 oz Belvedere Vodka
3Ž4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
3Ž4 oz Simple Syrup
METHOD: Shake and strain over cubed ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with a wedge of lemon.
Grand Marnier: Grand Cran
1 1/2 oz Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge
3 oz Cranberry Juice
Squeeze fresh lime
METHOD
Build ingredients in Boston shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain over fresh ice. Garnish with lime wedge. Cocktail not to be built over ice in serving glass – must be shaken.
10 cane rum: Light & Stormy
2oz 10 Cane
4oz of Ginger Beer or ginger Ale
1/2 oz Lime Juice
Method: Built in a highball glass over cubed ice, Garnish with lime wedge
