Kim Kardashian Sells Home for $5 Million, Includes Furniture

The reality-star Kim Kardashian has made it no secret lately in her desire to purchase new homes with her rapper boyfriend Kanye West, but sources say that recently Kim quietly sold her 4,000-square-foot Beverly Hills mansion, along with all the primo furniture for just under $5 million.

This Beverly Hills mansion once shared with soon-to-be ex-husband Kris Humphries was purchased for $4.8 million back in 2010. Evidently, Kim wanted the mansion sold quickly as she and Kanye West already share another mansion, so Kim decided not to put up a fight when the buyer asked to include her high-end furniture in the price.

However, Kim found it so hard to give up her favorite vanity dresser, but with as much money as the reality star is worth she plans to build an entire salon in her new place.

As for the lucky buyer they walk away with a fabulous new mansion that includes everything from custom made pieces, couches to coffee tables that cost hundreds of thousands of dollars, which makes this sale a win win for both parties.
