Haute Event: Kayla Collins Helps Crazy Horse III Kick Off Super Bowl Weekend

Playboy Playmate Miss August 2008 Kayla Collins kicked off Super Bowl weekend with hundreds of revelers at Crazy Horse III on Saturday night.

The brunette bombshell scored a touchdown with fans when she arrived on the red carpet looking stunning in high-waisted navy blue jeans and an indigo and black polka dot crop top paired with black sky-high stilettos. Collins, a football fan, mentioned she wanted the San Francisco 49ers to win Sunday’s game because “she’s a California girl.”

Once settled at her lavish VIP booth, the gorgeous actress was joined by fellow Playmate, Miss September 2007, Patrice Hollis. The beautiful babes ordered shots of Three Olives Loopy, a Fruit Loop flavored vodka and ate  strawberries and whipped cream. The bubbly model took to the stage, greeting the crowd and wishing partygoers good luck with their game day bets. Collins partied until the early morning hours, posing for photographs with admirers and the club’s exquisite eye candy throughout the evening.
