Fashion Week: Preppy Glam at Noon by Noor
The weather outside may have taken “frightful” to a new level but that didn’t stop New York’s finest fashion followers to brave the streets in time for the Noon by Noor show. Important guests included Nigel Barker and Olivia Palermo, flush in the front seats to take in the spectacle. The news for next fall? Preppy 1930’s style glamour! From the thick red tights to the high collared pantsuits, this line is all about the dignified young women of the world. That’s not to say that Noor didn’t have its surprises though. Several models sported pastel streaks at the tips of their hair and one blood red gown was so hot that it might have put Scarlet O’Hara to shame.
