A new Tuscan-farmhouse-inspired restaurant has opened in West Hollywood. RivaBella comes courtesy of Angelina Osteria’s Gino Angelini and Innovative Dining Group and includes menu items such as homemade saffron tagliatelle and crostino with chicken liver pate.
The new 8,000-square-foot space is located on Sunset Boulevard and includes signature menu items from Angelini Osteria, such as lasagna Nonna Elvira, according to The Los Angeles Times. Lunch items include: Lobster cous cous Sicilian style with pistachio pesto; scallops with heirloom carrot puree, asparagus, and aged balsamic vinegar; and tuna tartar crostino with avocado, pistachio, and cantaloupe. Dinner items include swordfish with creamed spinach and red wine sauce; wood fired Porterhouse steak for two with radicchio, roasted potatoes and sea salt; roasted octopus salad with potatoes and salsa verde, taggiasche olives; and chicken liver pate with marinated cannellini beans.
Designed by Studio Creative, the restaurant features indoor and outdoor space that “combines the sleek ‘rustic Tuscan’ and includes a 2,800-square-foot outdoor dining area, wine cave and private dining that accommodates up to 50 people,” says The Los Angeles Times.
According to Innovative Design Group, RivaBella “honors traditional, ingredient-based Italian fare and classic techniques, while embracing a dynamic, modern approach to the dining experience.”
RivaBella is located at 9201 Sunset Blvd., West Hollywood.
