The home was originally purchased in 2009 for $8.5M, and the couple tried to flip the property for over $16M…needless to say, that didn’t work out too well. The property features 26 acres of gorgeously manicured grounds, eight residential cottages with screened-in porches, yoga pavilion, tree house, windmill, several large barns, a tennis court and more. Much of the space is likely to have been re-designed by John Saladino.
