Celebrities flocked to the red carpet on New Year’s Eve at The Act at the Shoppes at the Palazzo to welcome 2013 in style.
Celebrities on hand to help Simon Hammerstein ring in the new year included Carmen Electra; Glee’s Mark Salling; singer Travis Garland; Dancing with the Stars’ cast Derek Hough, Cheryl Burke, Kelly Monaco and Mark Ballas; and TV personality Allison Melnick.
