Chateau Group Breaks Ground For Chateau Beach In Sunny Isles
Last month, Manuel and Sergio Grosskopf of Buenos Aires began their first project in Sunny Isles Beach under the Chateau Group. Manuel and Sergio became familiar with the condominium marketplace in South Florida ten years ago, and have since then become co-developers and partners of many different landmark developments including Quantum on the Bay and 900 Biscayne.
Chateau Beach Residences will be Manuel and Sergio’s first Florida project. This lustrous, 35-story tower will have 84 exclusive residences, varying from two to five bedrooms, and a penthouse with a private swimming pool.
Construction on the Chateau Beach Residences has just begun and is located at 17475 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. The building is expected to be complete in 24 months. It will be done with Coastal Construction, the Murphy family company ranked in the top 100 construction management companies in the country.
Manuel and Sergio Grosskopf will also be developing the Chateau Ocean under the Chateau Group, four miles south on Collins Avenue and on the Ocean in Surfside. It will come into development soon after the Chateau Beach Residences are complete.
Their Chateau Beach Development Team includes The Venegas International Group, an international Boutique Real Estate company founded by Monica Venegas and based in Miami, FL. They specialize in advising clients and choosing investments with expert knowledge of the rapid Miami real estate. They will also be working with Kobi Karp, founder and principal of Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design, Inc. (KKAID). KKAID is a firm devoted to providing a variety of services including the design of large-scale, high-rise condominium and hospitality projects, as well as small-scale-low-rise residential and commercial structures.
