Socialites Rick and Kathy Hilton were spotted nestled in a private dining booth at Andrea’s, the new Asian vibe-dining restaurant in Encore Las Vegas designed by Todd-Avery Lenahan on Saturday night. The cozy couple shared executive chef Joseph Elevado’s shishito peppers, saikyo miso black cod, crispy noodles with Gai Lon and duck confit and scallion pancakes.
